Backbone Communications

Duchesne County Jail in Utah faced a challenge to create a successful, flexible, and secure graduation program for incarcerated adults.

Their solution was a custom server-based implementation of the A+nyWhere Learning System provided by Backbone Communications that compiles with the Jail’s rigid computer restrictions.

The result was a specialized graduation program aligned to Utah state standards that resulted in 24 inmates receiving diplomas since 2008!
